Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds, for garnish optional
- Sliced green onions, for garnish optional
Instructions:
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil
Pour over chicken

Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with forks
