Ingredients:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

- 4 slices of bread
- Lettuce leaves optional
- Tomato slices optional
Instructions:
